Before joining the company, I had the image of the logistics industry being physically demanding work. When I actually started working, I realized that operations are carried out with coordination between the on-site team and the system, and the environment provides ample support from colleagues. While there are challenging moments, I feel it's a job where I can experience a sense of accomplishment and growth in return.

What is particularly important at workWhat have you started to feel?

As I progress in my work, I've come to strongly feel the importance of communication with those around me. In particular, I believe that listening while understanding the other person's perspective, the information they need, and their business operations leads to better results. In system development, it's essential to correctly grasp the voices from the field, and even small discrepancies in understanding can lead to significant impacts. Through my daily work, I realize that it's not enough to rely solely on technical skills; an attitude of collaborating and proceeding with others is crucial.
