Accurate reporting, communication, and consultation for smooth logistics.
The key to trusted administration.
Current responsibilities
Currently, I work as a site administrator, where I sort slips, enter data, and handle phone inquiries from customers regarding issues and delivery requests. I focus on "accurately conveying information" and strive to work smoothly in collaboration with my colleagues.
Reason for joining the company
The initial reason was that it was easy to commute from home, and I felt it was an environment where I could continue working for a long time. Commuting is a daily thing, so I feel that ease of commute contributes to my daily work-life balance. I decided to join because it is a nationwide logistics company with offices in various locations, and I thought it was a stable company.
The image I had before joining the company, and
Did you experience any "gaps" after joining the company?
How has working here changed you?
Working in the logistics industry is a first for me, and before joining, I imagined it would be quiet, focused administrative work. In reality, communicating with the operations floor, drivers, and customers is crucial, and I've realized it's a much more communication-intensive job than I ever anticipated.
What is particularly important at work
What have you started to feel?
It's "Horenso" (Reporting, Contacting, and Consulting). In the past, I neglected information sharing within the company, which caused problems for the company and our customers. Through that actual failure, I realized that "Horenso" is important for preventing mistakes and facilitating smooth operations.

What moment is it?
Ideally, our work would be free of any problems.
In reality, irregular situations arise every day. Each time I handle them carefully, communicate with customers and other businesses, and resolve issues, I feel a sense of accomplishment from solving the problem, and it's a moment where I feel proud that I've done a useful job that benefited those involved.

Current position and future goals
I want to know about the future you envision.
I still have a lot to learn, but I want to grow into a person who can reliably handle assigned tasks and be trusted by clients and colleagues, someone they can confidently rely on. My immediate goal is to obtain a dispatcher's license. I'm studying hard every day to pass.
