Reason for joining the company
My grandfather worked at Muroo, so I started working there as a part-timer when I was a high school student. I then turned 18 and joined as a full-time employee.

How has working here changed you?
I thought it would be extremely cold and a battle of endurance on site. After joining the company, my seniors guided me kindly, and I feel it's a very easy place to work.

What have you started to feel?
Even seemingly simple tasks require collaboration with others because the flow from receiving, storage, and shipping is interconnected, so I felt that communication and information sharing are very important. Also, because incorrect shipments or shipping errors can lead to major problems, accuracy is often prioritized over speed.
